Becoming an a personal trainer has been one of the most fulfilling decisions of my career. With a passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their health and weight loss goals, I have embraced the digital landscape to extend my reach and impact.

I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness and weight loss are worth the challenge.
I have developed my training regime (both online and face to face) by working with a variety of people, and constantly adapting my program to the needs of my new clients.

I offer limited face to face personal training sessions (evenings only) at my private home gym as well as offering an online only personal training service.

Personalised nutrition plans - Chose from either a tailored meal plan or a calorie and protein target that is easily achievable with the right guidance.

Online workouts - Access to 2 live streamed Zoom workouts a week as well as past recordings.

Exclusive app - Log all of your nutrition and access the live workouts and more through my app which can be downloaded from Google or Apple stores.

ONLINE ZOOM WORKOUTS


Zoom Lower Body Workout
​
A lower body and core 45 minute session that is different every week. Weights and resistance booty bands are required for this session.
Zoom Upper Body Workout
​
An upper body and core 45 minute session that is different each week. You will need weights for this session - one light set and one heavier set.
